• Sapphire overview/hardware/applications
• Hpv-20 overview
• Gemlan/Networks/Carwash/Fuel and DCRs overview
• Advanced features and functionality

Day 3

• Ruby/Sapphire/Hpv-20 overview
• Topaz overview hardware and applications
• Advance router configurations
• Installations and service considerations
• SMS back office overview
• including configuration/journal browser/reports and journal review
• Exercise with SMS
